Shipping Rates and Policies

All orders are processed withing 24 hours of receipt of order.
Cancellations of orders will be accepted with the first 24 hours by phone 604-614-3336
An order may arrive in separate shipments as it may be comming from two different warehouses.
Backorders are as a result of manufacture delays in producing products. An order may be partially shipped and the back order may be shipped at a later date.
Orders to the continental US are shipped in 2 to 15 business days. Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS zone. In most cases delivery will occur 5- 10 days after placing your order. Holiday seasons, special orders or out of stock items may take longer.
All orders shipped in the continental US are free of charge.
Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or PR have a flat shipping rate of $24.95.
For orders shipped outside of the Continental US, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or PR, please contact us at support@downcomforterworld.com or at 604-614-3336 and we will call various shipping companies for a shipping price.
Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or PR may take longer than 15 days.
After receiving your order, please ensure that the item is exactly what you ordered before using the item or washing the item.
Most of our items are shipped by either UPS (United Parcel Service ) or USPS Mail (United States Parcel Service).
