Shipping Rates and Policies

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Cancellations of orders will be accepted with the first 24 hours by phone 604-614-3336
An order may arrive in separate shipments as it may be coming from two different warehouses.
Backorders are as a result of manufacture delays in producing products. An order may be partially shipped and the back order may be shipped at a later date.
Orders to the continental US are shipped in 2 to 15 business days. Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS zone. In most cases delivery will occur 5- 10 days after placing your order. Holiday seasons, special orders or out of stock items may take longer.

Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or PR have a flat shipping rate of $24.95.

Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or PR may take longer than 15 days.
After receiving your order, please ensure that the item is exactly what you ordered before using the item or washing the item.
Most of our items are shipped by either UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS Mail (United States Parcel Service).
